RETURN POLICY

If you have a problem with your order or  would like to return an item, please email us at Store@CoolestShirtsOnEArth.com with your order number, name, e-mail, which items you are wishing to return,  and the reason for the return.

When we receive your request we will send you a way to get the items back to us and your options.

How to Start a Return: Please email us at Store@CoolestShirtsOnEarth.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on where to send your items.

Return Window: Returns must be requested within 28 days of the shipment date.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item is defective, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Change of Mind / Sizing Issues: If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, you may return the item for a refund. Please note:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Items must be in original condition (unwashed, unworn, and unused).

• A restocking fee of $3 applies to these returns
  

• A return label fee of $5 applies to these returns

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
